About Me

My goal is to support you with care, knowledge,
and a practice that nurtures both body and mind.

My journey into yoga began in 2005, ignited by a transformative experience while traveling in the Far East. Immersed in the rich traditions of yoga, I trained extensively in ashrams and retreat centres around the world. I had the profound honour of receiving darshan, blessings, and initiation from Shree Mataji, Divine Mother Supreme Energy. Her blessing and spiritual presence transformed my growth, instilling in me a deep commitment to the practice of yoga. This foundation became the bedrock for my work in physical therapy and yoga instruction, integrating ancient yogic insights with contemporary therapeutic practices, which I have named Satya Yoga.”

My approach is a unique fusion of ancient yoga wisdom and modern rehabilitation techniques, honed through years of dedicated training and hands-on experience. With a BSc in Sports Therapy, over 500 hours of certified yoga teacher training, and qualifications in Pranayama from the esteemed Swami Gitananda Giri school, I’ve discovered a way to seamlessly integrate the best of both worlds. This blend offers a holistic and personalised path to healing—whether you’re recovering from an injury, regaining mobility after surgery, or seeking to build strength and resilience to prevent future issues. My work embodies a harmonious combination of discipline, healing, and holistic wellness, guiding individuals toward greater health and well-being.

I work within a specialised physiotherapy clinic and recovery centre, where I play an integral role in supporting patients through their recovery journeys following postoperative joint surgeries, sports injuries, and various MSK (musculoskeletal) conditions. Leveraging a deep expertise in biomechanics and postural alignment, I develop meticulously tailored rehabilitation programs to address each patient’s unique needs. My approach incorporates advanced therapeutic techniques, including postural alignment, body balance training, targeted mobility regimens, dry needling, myofascial release, and sports massage. Through this comprehensive and hands-on methodology, I enable patients to achieve optimal recovery, restoring full functionality and strength to their joints.”

Beyond my clinical practice, I channel my passion for Yoga into leading transformative retreats and specialised events. These immersive experiences are designed to provide participants with a sanctuary from their daily routines, offering the opportunity to connect deeply with their inner selves and the practice of yoga. By integrating movement, mindfulness, and breathwork, I aim to create an environment that fosters profound healing, physical and emotional rejuvenation, and a renewed sense of self-awareness and clarity.

In addition to retreats, I offer targeted yoga courses addressing specific bodily conditions, such as managing chronic back pain, enhancing recovery post-surgery, and improving joint mobility and strength. These programs are carefully crafted to empower individuals with the tools they need to take charge of their health and wellbeing. By blending traditional yoga principles with modern therapeutic techniques, I strive to equip participants with sustainable practices that support long-term healing and an improved quality of life.

Healing occurs on multiple levels, reflecting a multifaceted journey.
It's not merely about perfecting a single aspect; rather, it’s about harmonizing every facet of our being.
